Christmas 2009

This Christmas has been the best by far! Getting to spend it with kearstyn and jeremy and all my family was so awesome! Kearstyn had a BLAST opening up all her gifts from Santa! Everytime she opened up a present she would say, "Look what I found Mommy" It was priceless! Also when she opened up her Doctor kit, she said, "This is what you use to measure your feelings" She's too funny! Her FAVORITE gift was her Easy Bake Oven!

After opening presents up at the apartment, jeremy and I went to his families Christmas, then headed back over to my parents for our Christmas! It was a very busy day, but it was so much fun!!

Im so blessed to have such an amazing daughter, family, and boyfriend. Getting to spend Christmas with the ones you love is SO important! Jeremy is one of the best things that has happend to us and im so excited for our future!

Dinner at the Cowarts

Last week, Britney and Dave had Jeremy and I over to eat dinner and hang out! We had SO MUCH FUN, brit and I should have probably warned jeremy about how we get when we get together, he thought it was pretty funny! Thank you guys for having us over, and for the yummy poppy seed chicken! We will have to do that again real soon! Love yall!

History In The Making

I wanted to share these song lyrics. Jeremy had sent me a text earlier this week and told me to listen to this song because it made him think of us! He is extremely sweet and is always doing the little things to show me just how much he cares! I am very lucky to have him in my life!

Enjoy

Don’t move Baby Don’t move Awww look at you I just want to take this in
The moonlight dancing off your skin
Our time Lets take our time I just want to look in your eyes and catch my breath
Cuz I just got a feeling

This could be one of those memories
We want to hold on to, cling to, one we can’t forget
Baby, this could be our last first kiss
The door to forever What if this was that moment
That chance worth taking History in the making

Inside, baby inside Can you feel the butterflies? Floating all around
Cuz I can sure feel them now

Tonight, maybe tonight
Is a start of a beautiful ride that will never end
And baby I’ve got a feeling
This could be one of those memories We want to hold on to, cling to, One we can’t forget
Baby, this could be our last first kiss The door to forever
What if this was that moment That chance worth taking
History in the making

Right here, right now Holding you in my arms
This could be one of those memories We want to hold on to, we want to cling to,
One that we can’t forget Baby, this could be our last first kiss
The door to forever What if this was that moment
That chance worth taking History in the making

A Very Proud Mommy =0)

I am so proud to blog about my sweet little Kearstyn! Today at work we were giving out letters to all the parents who's children were going to move up in Jan. I was so excited to get one that let me know that Kearstyn was moving up! She has been doing so well in her class, that they have decided that she is ready to move up to an older room! I can say that she is a VERY smart little girl! Im so amazed at what all she has learned and what she can do at her age. Miss Elizabeth and Miss AJ have been wonderful teachers and im so thankful that she started in their class. Im very excited for her and the opportunity to move up and to challenge herself! Miss Joni is going to be a GREAT teacher for her! I just had to brag a little about it because im very excited about how well she is doing and how much she is learning!

FINALLY, I CAN UPDATE!

So I have been having blogging withdrawls! My computer is currently broken, so that is why I havent posted in over a month!

Back in Nov I had my gallbladder taken out, which was not fun but luckily my bestie Diana stayed with me that week and took care of me! I also had alot of visitors, thanks to everyone for their prayers and thoughts and stopping by to see me, it meant alot!

Now onto the Holiday Season! This is my FAVORITE time of the year! I get to spend it with my amazing daughter, family and most of all my incredible boyfriend, Jeremy. Im so blessed to have him in my life! Everyone told me that when I stopped looking that the RIGHT one would come along and wow were they right!

I can't express how incredibly lucky I am to have him in mine and kearstyn's life. I can't wait to see what the future has in store!

Here are some recent pictures of what all has been going on with me and kiki!
Enjoy,

Allison's Baby Shower..Brantley Rae is on her way!

Today we threw Allison and BR a baby shower. After lots of planning and getting things together, the day finally came! We had so much fun decorating and socializing before hand and then the fun started when momma and all her friends came. We ate all the yummy food then played some games and then she opened her gifts. I'm so glad that I could take part in throwing this shower for her and cannot wait to meet Brantley Rae in February. She got almost ALL of her big stuff! All of us(hostesses) went in together and got them the Pack-n-play, which will be used often, but they also got their Carseat and Stroller!!! Overall everything turned out great! Here are some pictures from the shower! Love you Allison and BR!

Created in God's Image

So this morning I was doing some reading out of my Joel Osteen book and came across this page. Seemed fitting for Today, enjoy!

Your self-image is much like a self portrait; it is who and what you picture yourself to be, which may or may not be an accurate reflection of who you really are. How you feel about yourself will have a tremendous impact on how far you go in life, because you will probably speak, act, and react as the person you think you are. The truth is, you will never rise above the image you have of yourself in your mind.

God wants us to have healthy, positive self-images, to see ourselves as priceless treasures. He wants us to feel good about ourselves. Despite our faults and weaknesses, God loves us anyway. He created us in His image, and He is continually shaping us, conforming us to His character, helping us to become even more like the person He is. Consequently, we must learn to love ourselves, faults and all, not because we are egotists, but because that's how our heavenly Father loves us. You can walk with confidence knowing that God loves you unconditionally. His love for you is based on what you are, not what you do. He created you as a unique individual-there has never been, nor will there ever be, aother person exactly like you, and He sees you as His special masterpiece!

YOU WERE MADE IN THE IMAGE OF GOD.
