Im ENGAGED to my Best Friend!

WE ARE GETTING MARRIED!

Yesterday, February 27, 2010, was one of the BEST days of my life! Jeremy asked me to marry him!

This was a HUGE surprise to me!! I knew we were going to get engaged but I had no idea when. Our bestest friends helped make this day so memorable and special for us

So let me just get right into the story. Britney texted me on Tuesday asking me if I wanted to go Saturday to do some wedding stuff, to get some ideas of what we wanted. We already knew that we were going to get married at Aldridge Gardens so that is where Britney said we were going to meet a "caterer", didnt realize that the caterer was Jeremy!

So she comes to get me and we went to eat a late lunch and just got to catch up! She told me our appointment was at 330, so we left and headed there. The whole way to the Gardens Britney was texting her friend "jen" so she said, and was just acting super funny! When we got there she told me that we just needed to look for the caterer, so we walked around the back of the house and right up to the spot where we are going to have the ceremony. When we got up there, there was a card on the rock, I was confused and told Britney I didnt want to pick up someone elses card! And there was also a geese standing right by it hissing at us, haha, so we didnt want to get near it!

When it walked away Britney picked up the card and started to open it, right when she started to open the card, I saw Jeremy's handwriting and immediately started shaking!! After I read it at the very bottom it said, "Will You Marry Me,.....Turn Around" When I turned around he was there with the ring down on one knee, I started crying INSTANTLY, it was PERFECT!! I couldnt stop shaking for him to put the ring on my finger!

After I said "YES" and we hugged, out of the bushes came Chase and Allison, Chase had the camera and Allison had the video camera! They got it all on film and tape!!! I was shocked that they all pulled this off without me even knowing! Im so glad that they were a part of this amazing day in our lives!!

Thank you Britney Allison and Chase!!! This was so amazing and I cant wait for yall to be with us on our BIG DAY!! Love yall sooo much!!

After that, we all went to Stix to celebrate our Engagement with some of our friends! It was so much fun!

We have set our Wedding Date to May 28, 2010 at Aldridge Gardens at 7pm! Only 3months away!!!

~VALENTINES DAY~

I had the BEST Valentines Day EVER! I'm so lucky and blessed to have such an amazing person like Jeremy in my life! I couldnt be happier and can't wait to spend many more Valentines Days with him!

We started off the day with going to Church then we went and ate lunch with my family, then we headed back to the apartment took naps and then got ready for dinner.

We went and at at Leonardo's in Vestavia. It is such a great place! After dinner we exchanged gifts. He got me a beautiful heart necklace that I will wear all the time =) and a very sweet card! I got him an itunes giftcard and a stuffed dog that had a star registry tag on it where we will go and name his star! I did that because I always tell him that I love him to the moon and back, cheesy I know, but he thought it was sweet!

~SNOW DAY~

We had such a fun snow day today! We started off having to go to school because Hoover city schools had not closed yet. So Kearstyn had her Valentines party and I got to do mine for my class and then we got dismissed at 12. We got home and Kiki took a nap and when she got up we all went outside and had snow ball fights, tried to build a snowman, and then made snow angels(as kearstyn would say). Im so glad that this time is actually stuck and there was something to play in!

JOHN MAYER

Nikki and I went to go see John Mayer on Tuesday night. It was an awesome concert! We had a blast. We went and ate before at Fuego Cantina and then headed to the concert. He is always good live, but this by far was the BEST show he has ever done! Here are some pictures!

NEW ORLEANS

Last weekend Jeremy and I went down to good ole' New Orleans, LA. Neither of us had ever been there so we decided that we would go because one of Jeremy's good friends went down there as well, so we all hung out.

We didnt get to leave until both of us got off work so we got down there around 11pm and checked into the Marriot on Canal Street(it was HUGE and amazing!) After we got changed we headed out to Bourbon Street.

The weekend we decided to go, was the same weekend that Mardi Gras was beginning. I have never seen THAT many people in one place EVER! It was sooo hard to move walking down the street, but it was def amusing people watching! We ended up going to a bar called The Beach, which was inside and outside. It was massive! We stayed there for the rest of the night. I saw things that I NEVER want to see again! haha

The next day we went and ate at Romoulade, which was soooo good! Then we walked to the French Quarter and by the time we got back to Canal street there was another parade going on. There was a parade every 2hours! After we watched that we went to this amazing little cafe called Cafe Beignet where we ate the best beignets I have ever had! After that we went back to the hotel to get changed for the night.

Saturday night we watched the biggest parade on Canal and caught lots of beads(and no i did nothing to get them haha) . After that we ventured to the Casino, Jeremy and I didnt gamble but the other people we were with did. The Casino was sooooo huge!!! After that we went to eat dinner at Bourbon Seafood House and then walked around a little bit and called it a night.

Before we left out Sunday morning we drove by and saw the Real World 2000 House

It was such a GREAT trip and had a complete blast. It was a getaway that we both needed! I cant wait to take many more trips with jeremy =)

BRANTLEY RAE WILLIAMSON

Brantley Rae Williamson was born today 1/28/10 and was 7lbs 10oz and 20 1/2in long!

Congratulations to Chase and Allison!!! She is absolutely beautiful and I am so thankful that the delivery went so smooth and somewhat fast for them! Allison is doing great, just tired, but she is such a precious mommy!

We usually have a girls night once a month, and tonight was going to be that night. We had finalized the time last night and then about 30min later Allison texted us to let us know they were headed to the hospital that she was in labor!

So it was so awesome to be able to have our girls night celebrating the brith of Miss Brantley Rae!

Chase and Allison are going to be amazing parents, I cant wait to go back and see her again!!
